As Canada’s leading community-driven breast cancer charity dedicated to
funding relevant, innovative research, and supporting and advocating for the
breast cancer community, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Prairies/NWT
Region Thursday announced an investment of more than $4.77 million to support
breast cancer research programs.

A total of 14 research projects – including three at the University of
Calgary — will benefit from the grants with funding spanning the next three
