Toolbox helps MDs improve referral practices

The CMA, the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada have joined forces to create a Referral and Consultation Process Toolbox. The four tools - Intraprofessional Communications, Measuring Wait One, Central Intake and Physician Directories - have been tried and tested and proven to improve referral and consultation processes.
